Foreign language courses for elementary school pupils are divided into age groups in the following way:
- Younger school course – First grade
- I school course – Second and third grades
- II school course – Third and fourth grades
- III school course – Fourth and fifth grades
- IV school course – Fifth and sixth grades
- V school course – Sixth and seventh grades
- VI school course – Seventh and eighth grades
- VII school course – Eighth grade
Classes are organized to take place either at the students’ regular schools, or at a school nearby, coordinated with their regular schedules.
Classes are organized into two terms, matching the school calendar, with classes totalling at 100 / 30 min.
The intensity of instruction is 2x2 classes per week. The literature used for instruction is given at no additional charge at the beginning of the school year.
While the regular deadline for enrolment is in September, during the school year the possibility exists of accepting new students, given prior testing. First-grade learners can enrol without prior testing as late as March during the school year.
At the end of the school year, a celebration is organised and diplomas are given to all those who successfully finished their courses.
Note:
In the case that a local school lacks the necessary number of interested learners at the same level for a certain foreign language, instruction for them will be organised either in the space of the Centre or at the nearest available location.
