Foreign language courses for adults are organised according to the plan of the Council of Europe.
The Council has published a document stating language competency levels as a universal scale for all European countries. The goal of this document is to increase the mobility of citizens for employment and education.
With that, being in possession of a certificate with one of these indicators means that the described level of your knowledge will be recognisable outside Bosnia and Herzegovina.
